Real Brokerage is a tech-driven real estate company with over 22,000 agents, providing innovative solutions like Rezen, Bold, Revenue Share, Wallet, Referral Center, and Mortgage. My role as a UX Designer was to enhance these digital experiences, ensuring seamless interaction for real estate agents and consumers.

Challenges & Objectives

  • Problem: The existing revenue share program lacked clarity and engagement, leading to confusion among agents trying to track their earnings.

  • Solution: Redesigned the dashboard and experience with a user-friendly interface, making revenue tracking transparent and intuitive. Implemented a visual breakdown of earnings, real-time updates, and actionable insights.

  • Impact: Increased user engagement and trust, making it easier for agents to understand their earnings, incentives, and future projections.

  1. Leo-Copilot AI for Real Estate

  • Problem: Agents faced inefficiencies in managing transactions, client interactions, and property data manually.

  • Solution: Designed the UI/UX for Leo-Copilot, an AI-powered assistant that provides real-time insights, automates repetitive tasks, and integrates seamlessly with agent workflows.

  • Impact: Reduced time spent on administrative tasks, allowing agents to focus more on client relationships. Improved productivity and reduced cognitive load for users.

  1. Consumer MVP Product

  • Problem: The company lacked a direct consumer-facing product, limiting its reach beyond real estate agents.

  • Solution: Led the UX design for an MVP targeted at home buyers and sellers, ensuring an intuitive interface for property discovery, agent interaction, and mortgage pre-approval.

  • Impact: Established a foundational product that opens up new business opportunities, providing an engaging and informative experience for buyers and sellers while bridging the gap between agents and consumers.

  1. Agent Data Collection Tool

  • Problem: Agents struggled with cumbersome data entry processes that slowed down their workflows.

  • Solution: Designed an optimized data input experience, integrating smart autofill features, pre-saved templates, and voice-to-text capabilities.
